Terms and Conditions

By scheduling an appointment with Beyond Skin, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are established to protect both the client and the service provider, and to ensure the efficient operation of the studio.

1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

1.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
1.2 Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
1.3 Same-day cancellations will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
1.4 Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
1.5 Gift cards or certificates used to reserve appointments are considered redeemed and void in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
1.6 Each appointment may only be rescheduled once.

2. Late Arrivals

2.1 Clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
2.2 Appointments that begin late will still conclude at the original scheduled end time. The full service fee remains due.

3. Health and Wellness

3.1 Clients who are ill, experiencing symptoms of illness, or otherwise unwell are required to notify Beyond Skin and reschedule their appointment.
3.2 Beyond Skin reserves the right to refuse service to any client whose condition may compromise their own health or the health of other clients.

4. Weather and Emergency Situations

4.1 In the event of circumstances beyond control—including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or emergencies—appointments may be rescheduled without penalty or fee.

5. Payment Policy

5.1 A valid credit card is required at the time of booking, including for appointments secured with gift cards or certificates.
5.2 Full payment is due at the time of service.
5.3 Accepted forms of payment include: cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

6. Refunds and Service Satisfaction

6.1 All services are final at the time of completion. Beyond Skin does not provide refunds for completed services.
6.2 In the event of an error in service or product provided, clients must notify Beyond Skin immediately. Resolution will be determined at the sole discretion of Beyond Skin, which may include a service adjustment, credit, or complimentary follow-up appointment.
6.3 Refunds are not issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Beyond Skin and its staff are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from treatments or products used, except in cases of gross negligence.
7.2 Clients assume full responsibility for providing accurate health information prior to any treatment.
7.3 Beyond Skin reserves the right to refuse service if, in the judgment of the staff, the treatment may be unsafe or contraindicated.

8. Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions, including all payment, cancellation, refund, and liability policies.
